"Rejoice evermore" 1 Thessalonians 5:16

If the Lord asks, it is therefore feasible!
But, how to remain happy in times of illness, grief, distress at work, financial problems ...?

One day while walking with my wife, Manon, I told her that despite the great distress that we lived at that time, I was basically a happy man in life. This week, the Lord made me understand, through the two biblical passages of this text, it did not come from me. This came from the work the Lord has accomplished at the cross.

"For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. "2 Corinthians 4:17-18

Dear beloved, rejoice evermore!
